Profiles Keep Switching

Hi, I have NextDNS installed on a Unifi UDM Pro.  There are three profiles for different VLANs.  Up until recently, all was working fine.  Now, the profiles keep changing.  In other words, on a laptop connected to my primary network, when I have the nextdns webpage up, I will see the profiles cycle through the proper one and the other two and a second-to-second basis.  I have tried uninstalling nextdns from the UDM and reinstalling it, I have redone the profiles multiple times, I've tried binding the IP address, nothing makes a difference.  Any ideas?

    Just to close the loop on this, it appears that the issue was caused by a Unifi switch that was failing.  Replacing it has resolved the issue.  Thank you.
