Omada er605 setup newbie

I have a er605 wich is Control with oc200

i habe put in the DNS from NextDNS site but I have to link or something with the router also to get my Setting . I have hit the link Button on the Website but shall I do some dynamik dns or other setting to have it to work . Im total green

    Thanks but I dont how to set it up in the router.  How you do it right now I just use dnssc  or something
