Ability to Block A(IPv4) Records

I have several applications which does not do happy eyeballs and connect to IPv4 address by default. Needless to say, this breaks the apps on IPv6 only systems.

One way to solve it is to block IPv4 address via DNS. Can we have a option to block A records via nextdns.
