Linux machines (Pop!_OS and Manjaro) constantly querying ipv4only.arpa

I've installed the NextDNS Command-Line Client in my Linux systems (Manjaro and Pop) and noticed an ipv4only.arpa query showing up in my logs every couple of minutes.

Anything I can do to keep that from happening? This does not seem to be happening in macOS and iOS.
