dns-over-https with nextdns

Hello,

I have set up https://github.com/m13253/dns-over-https (dns-over-https) and it seems to be working quite well.

Though, for Nextdns I put in this config: https://dns.nextdns.io/xxxxxx (the DNS-over-HTTPS setting). Would this be the good setting?
