Network Latency Issue

So I just signed up for nextdns two days ago. The connection throughout the first 24 hours was pretty solid, everything loaded up quickly but now there's a visible difference between website loading times to what it was yesterday. Sometimes it even takes more than 30 seconds for a website to load up properly.
