Parental - Option for warn/log or block

Would love to have this.

The feature I would like to see somewhat merges these two threads.

While the allow, warn, block approach mentioned above by Nick makes sense, I think it needs some refinement to fit a range of use cases.

I also don’t think the feature should be limited to the parental control filters. In fact, in my use case (family home) I’m more likely to want to retain the hard block for the parental controls (for protection of children) and use the warm page for the ad-trackers to be bypassed after showing the user a message. Everyone’s use case will vary though, so a level of flexibility in configuration would be required.
