NextDNS Not responding

Upon launching the software/app, DNS proceeded to get stuck on a white screen with a loading wheel saying that it is "(Not Responding)". Upon waiting for upwards of an hour with no avail, I uninstalled then re-installed the software and it seems to have the same issue.  Not sure what to do to fix it
