Issue with AWS/Cloudfront networks in PNW.

Located outside Seattle, anything *.cloudfront.net related is getting resolved to addresses in Miami and seem to be firewalled from my location for some reason. If I revert back to ISP's or alternate DNS resolvers, addresses point to nearby CDNs in Seattle that are not dropping my IP. No outgoing filters or firewall, tried other machines. My diag results are below, any assistance would be appreciated.
