Merge repeated ideas!

There are quite a bunch of repeated ideas, just scrolling quickly over two-three pages already shows some common themes, etc.

Can the mods-admins merge these and merge the votes too? It would help a lot to have a cleaner list, and also would encourage people to look more for them.
