This device is using NextDNS with no configuration.

I'm getting the message "This device is using NextDNS with no configuration" . I'm using yogadns as client and recently has some trouble with it so I reinstalled it and followed the setup shown .

It also says "Make sure you use the DNS-over-HTTPS endpoint shown below."
