Ultralow and Anycast Routing System Network Server in NextDNS CLI Client in Windows

As a novice user in Indonesia , I had a little trouble knowing which PoP Server was connected where there were two routes: "anycast (1) (2)" and "ultralow (1) (2)". Incidentally, I am using the CLI Client on the Windows Platform (Windows 7 64 bit currently in use) where there is a little difficulty how to use "UltraLow Server" because the server I am currently using is connected to the PoP Server "Anycast" so it makes me confused. because to be honest, the information on the github wiki tends to be scanty and difficult to maximize its use.

I just want to know how to connect to routing "UltraLow Server" because the latency is much lower than "Anycast Server"

Here I attach the NextDNS network diagnosis report along with the PoP Server that is currently connected (in image) :  https://nextdns.io/diag/78735f00-92a8-11eb-b46a-dde6c2a5897c

Moreover, until now I am very impressed with the services provided by NextDNS and in accordance with my expectations where the performance and there is a community that can be used. I hope that both the founders and friends in this community can help each other. Thanks.

I have restarted and repeated according to the advice you gave and the results were still like that. Or is it because I am using the CLI Client on an old Windows (Windows7)?

because, I didn't install it directly from the router because I didn't understand

Leo With a little experiment, maybe you can give YogaDNS a try. Is the result the same too.
