Add "excluded domains" to NextDNS App on IOS

Hi,

The Apple Configuration Profile allows for excluded domains to be specified. Can this be added to the app as well ?

Some functions from the app (specifically the low latency option) are unavailable in the apple configuration profile. I need both the low latency option off and some domains excluded, and this is possible in neither the app nor the profile configuration.
