How to block ad on youtube app on android

Hello,

I use nextdns in my PC and it works very fine. I have installed the app on my android smartphone and it works very good with the browser too, but not for some apps. For example, I always have ads on the youtube app or on the instagram app.

Is it possible to block them ?
