Option to block sites filtered by some specific words

Hi,
It is not possible to add a function to block sites filtered by some specific words? Like, if I want to block all sites that contain the word ”porno” for my child profile. Right now there is just a domain blocking option, but this is not enough.

    In the domain name or on the site itself?

    (the latter is not possible via DNS)
