Switching between "All ok" and "This device is not using NextDNS" - Mikrotik

Hi Folks,

I would like to ask you, if I set my Mikrotik router according to the setup details, should I start on my devices separately the nextdns? because if it runs just in the Router the NextDNS's setup screen always switches between "all good" and "This device is not using NextDNS" every few seconds?

Or it does not matter?
