apple profile not blocking ads in IOS 15.1

Recently upgraded few devices to IOS 15.1
Post that the profile stopped blocking ads. Same website when browsed in other devices blocks the ads successfully.
I reinstalled the profile but that didn't help.
Is this a known behavior?? Any workarounds

    In your NextDNS settings tab, disable the block page feature.
