So slow since few days

For the last 3 or 4 days, the connection is very slow with NextDNS activated. I tested by deactivating NextDNS and it is faster. What is the reason for this?

Here is the report I made: https://nextdns.io/diag/1a6b4050-4458-11ec-8d8f-f3ed7980806d

Thanks!

Based on your diag, your latency is pretty low. Do you have specific example of slowness?

I did some tests, and the slowness was only occurring in Firefox, not in Safari.
So I made a new installation of Firefox, uninstalled the NextDns application and configured IPV6 in the system configuration of macOS Catalina. Still the same problem...
whereas before everything was fine, and I didn't change anything in the meantime. That's strange...

Kirov did you check you don’t have another doh service configure in firefox settings?

Kirov just stay with Safari. It’s better in all cases and Firefox doesn’t provide you any advantages but problems like that as it’s not optimised.

Could be related to the network bugs pre-Monterey. Apple fixed something in Monterey that previously made any other browser than Safari slow when using DNS that blocks domains via 0.0.0.0. But I think that was mostly an issue on Big Sur when users had another network extension installed, like Little Snitch. Not sure about Catalina.
