Newspapers with videos preceded by commercial

I live in Italy and I've been successfully using NextDNS with my Unifi UDM Pro for several months now. 

I have subscriptions to two of the most popular Italian online newspapers: Il Corriere and La Repubblica and most if not all of their video clips are preceded by commercials.

When using NextDNS those videos never start and the site displays a blank page. These are a couple of examples: 1 and 2.

How do I go about debugging this? I tried whitelisting sites using the log showing only blocked requests but the number is overwhelming and most of the names have nothing to do with the original site.

Any other way to enable these videos without whitelisting the main newspaper domain?

    What blocklists are you using? Have you tried using only the OISD Blocklist since it's focused on retaining functionality?
