How to block certain websites (i.e. Netflix) at specific times of day

Hi all,

I want to block Netflix (and other sites) between 05:00 and 09:00.

Is there any way to do this inside of NextDNS?

Basically I want the inverse of the recreation time. I want "study time" or something where we can block out things inside a given window.
