DOT and DOH

I use private DNS on Android (e.g. NextDNS).
I set it up in the Chrome browser (DOH).
My company wifi doesn't allow me to use private DNS (DOT) in my phone settings.
But I could use it like this at home, or in case of mobile internet.
Is it a problem if both DOT and DOH are set up at the same time?
