Feature request: add blocked queries filter to logs page url params

I most often navigate to the logs page to troubleshoot whether something isn't working because the DNS lookup failed. This involves three steps: 

1. Navigate to my.nextdns.io/<profile slug>/logs (my browser autofills this)

2. Click filters button

3. Enable "blocked queries only" toggle

The feature request is to save the state of the "blocked queries only" toggle in the url params. This way to accomplish the same thing all I would have to do is:

1. Navigate to my.nextdns.io/<profile slug>/logs?blocked=true
