Lock Rewrites to a location.

Found your service after not wanting to pay renewal on my home firewall for webfiltering.  Had your service up and running quickly and worked well.  Set DNS setting on my wire wall now all home devices covered.   But what about my cell?  That's when I noticed your profiles.  Perfect added the needed FQDN in my android custmon DNS settings and works perfect.

Then I had issues.  See I have my own home DNS server.  That's accessible both inside and outside of my home. But the IP internal needs to be internal IP.  And when out of my house it's accessible with external IP.

The internal part is easy fix for home network.  I can use the Rewrite option and point my FQDN to my internal IP.

But my call phone not so easy.  I can't use rewrite as it would just use internal IP even while I'm out. And if I use no rewrite then it does not work when on home network as it's trying to use external IP at home.

Two ways I thought this could be fixed. Profile priorities.  So a Higher profile priority would take over. For example my Home profile uses my home IP to know it's my equipment.  So when my phone is seen using my homes private IP.  Then my phones profile should use Home not my Cells profile.  This would fix the rewrite issue.

Or, make rewrite with if statements.  Rewrite if dns query is from this location. With this I could build a custom rewrite for my cells profile.

If their are other ways that are currently doable please let me know.  But at this point I have not found any.
