It worked at first then logged to my user and it doesn't

it says it can't find the details something and I  need to talk to you. when I set the same settings like I did with the temporary, I can't browse 

now when I set the one with my account it doesn't work and I get the message to talk to you

I have Asus AXE16000 with Merlin router

I set the DNS but I need also the IP addres for  

DNS-over-TLS/QUIC address,  I just ping it and get the address?

I don't have IPV6 so I use the dummy addresses 

and using the IPV4 Linked IP DNS address.
