Billed incorrectly! No contact information, is this a scam?
I started the subscription and paid using PayPal. My credit card was charged $19.90. The account page is still asking me to subscribe and says I’ve hit my free usage limit.
I then got an email from PayPal saying “NextDNS Inc. canceled your autopay. You will no longer be billed for this autopay. If you have any questions, you may ask NextDNS Inc. about this cancellation.”
The invoice shows billing period as February 3, 2024 to February 5, 2025, which is obviously incorrect.
I’ve now learned there’s no way to contact them. Should I do a chargeback on my credit card? How do I get billing support?
