Sometimes unable to use on Android phones

why do I use private DNS on my Android phone and after a while, I won't be able to connect to it or switch networks. But after a while, it can be used again. What is the reason for this?

    do you have Block Bypass Methods enabled if so try and disable it

       I have already closed it.Why can't my Android phone connect to NextDNS's private DNS again, and I still can't connect when switching networks
