DNSCrypt-Proxy Client.Timeout in OPNsense 23.7.5-amd64

Hi,
       While I seen this issue before it now seems to be happening every few days within DNSCrypt-Proxy on OPNsense 23.7.5

[2023-10-12 10:34:36] [ERROR] Get "https://dns.nextdns.io/XXXX?dns=yv4BAAABAAAAAAABAAACAAEAACkQAAAAAAAAFAAMABDCUee-EK12mToiNtkc5TEx": net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

    Having paid for the service for 4 years I would appreciate some level of response! The issue is getting worse and I can confirm I can directly ping 1.1.1. and other hardcoded DNS settings continue to work fine.
