Xbox cloud streaming pauses

Wondering if anyone has had nextdns cause xbox cloud streaming sessions freeze the stream for about 5 seconds on multiple occasions on every game I have played. I originally thought it was tailscale as i turned my tailscale off on my router and it was fine but then i realised that i run nextdns through tailscale and i turned off that and got no issues.
 

Wondering what i could run or configure to figure out what is causing the freezing in streams?
