Profile removal prevention on iOS?

Hello,

fairly new to NextDNS and Apple Configurator for personal use, so no MDM, only managed option.

iPhone 7, iOS 15.8.8, installed the configurator profile without MDM since not a business and now on the phone settings it says the phone is supervised and managed. 

Downloaded and installed the NextDNS profile with the prohibit disablement option turned on. But the profile still has the remove option and can be removed with the phones unlock code.

what am I missing?
