Applying iOS App Store Subscription to Desktop Version

I purchased an annual NextDNS subscription on my iPhone via the Apple App Store. How do I apply this subscription to the desktop version? I can’t seem to find a way to link or activate it on my computer. Any guidance would be appreciated!
