No connection from some network providers

Since Monday I can't connect any to your DNS IPv4 from home network, after pinging it it times out.

I have tried pinging it on different networks from different ISPs, mobile and fiber from the same and different countries, and some of them work perfectly while others time out.

I have tried different profiles, but it won't work. One network strangely times out only for the first server, but the second one works fine.

Is there any network issues from your end? Thanks
