Apple Configuration file installed | iPhone 11 Pro Max | No Internet

Hello, I downloaded and installed the Apple Configuration Profile as described in the instructions on an Iphone 11 Pro Max / iOs 14.3.

It also works for a while, but then at some point it seems like no connection to the internet can be established. Web pages do not open, apps do not open, etc. If I then briefly deactivate the WLAN and activate it shortly afterwards, it works again. If I leave the device unused for a while, the game starts all over again.

I have now deleted the profile again. Then it works without problems.

Does anyone have any ideas or similar problems?

      Chris We would like your help to figure this out if that's okay. You say the iOS app doesn't have this issue. In the NextDNS app settings, did you turn off "Use Ultra-Low Latency Network"?

      Chris Got it. Could you do the following?

      1. Turn off the NextDNS app (no need to uninstall)

      2. Paste here the results of https://ping.nextdns.io from iOS Safari

      3. Regenerate/install the Apple configuration profile from https://apple.nextdns.io and confirm that it still fails

      3. Regenerate the configuration profile from the URL. I will now test what happens and report back....

      Romain Cointepas The problem for me is I do not see "Profile downloaded" link in settings, no matter how many time i click on downloaded profile :(

      Romain Cointepas Haven't had any problems on the iPhone in the last 24 hours. Apparently it works now with the configuration file (even without the app).
