There are several requests at https://github.com/nextdns/metadata/issues for some blocklists additions.

For example https://github.com/nextdns/metadata/issues/482?_pjax=%23js-repo-pjax-container was opened about 2 months ago... still waiting. 😕

Is there any ETA for those to be processed?
