Better spam control on community?

I see a lot of spam on this community lately:

* Totally off-topic posts with a single (spam) link

* Totally useless reactions from people that advertise/spam on their profile page

 

Can we please have better spam control?

    Third category:

    * People posting a single, empty, post with the same title as their username (planning to edit/post the spam later?)

    More than 10 spam posts, just today…😮

    All we can do is select report post, which I do as soon as I see them.
