Cannot sign into my.nextdns.io with MFA enabled after I replaced my phone.

How can I hace NextDNS disable my MFA, I replaced my phone and did not disable it prior to replacing the phone. Phone was damaged and couldn't disable it because i could not retrieve the MFA codes, any advice?
