Block Country Code TLD's - Separate list

It would be so great to have all ccTLD's as a separate entry, eg: "Block Country Code TLD's" with their related Country (or region) name as a Label / Comment beside. Having ccTLD's grouped away from being mixed in with the other TLD's would greatly help. 

Added bonus, group them into their related contenent.
