Slower download speeds using OpenWrt 22.03.2

After starting nextdns service, the download speeds are drastically slower, but on the contrary upload speeds & latency are fine. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Router - TP-Link Archer C6 v3.2 US

ISP - BSNL (India)

    Okay, it is due to ads filters.

      And it didn't affect actual download speeds. IDK why internet speed test websites shows slower download speeds.
