Double DNS? No internet Windows.

So I set up the DNS settings on the home WIFI router, but then to get the analysis of which device is doing what I also installed the windows app on the PC's and laptops.

This has created multiple situations of "no internet" I have searched the knowledge base and added/tweaked the registries of windows. Which fixed it, for a few days, then it drops out again.

Uninstalling the Windows NextDNS app from the pc makes the internet work again, yay! So I assume there is some conflict in that the pc is trying to set the DNS as well as the router.

And I can live without the analysis however removing the app from the laptop is frustrating, because when I leave the house I have to then try and remember to re-enable it before I connect to some new network??
