Please consider adding Threat Detection to requests without a config

Similar to 1.1.1.2, 9.9.9.9 which have threat protection by default.

Now that NextDNS is available as a Secure DNS option in Firefox, Chrome and other browsers, I believe users would benefit from the added threat/malware protection.
