DOT DOH Servers

i use nextDNS as a premium member, thanks for this good work

i set it up as DOH n DOT on my router n with private DNS DOH  on my mobile phones, i live in Turkey,İzmir  which near to servers premium rdp- ist & edgeuno-ist ( istanbul ) on the list

on my DOH devices it works as ist server but on my DOT devices such android servers not working as ist which is the closest one to me, here i attach DOT n DOH screen results for ping n tests on servers

after 7 p.m mostly DOH servers going far away locations
