Support contact

NextDNS Where in my account can I find access to support?  When I click on "Help" it brings me to this site, when I search for support contact I was brought to this post.  I don't see anything with in my business account that indicates how to contact support.  Unless I'm missing it, I also do not see any where under "Account" to contact anyone about billing either.  (Though this time I want to talk to support.)

NextDNS Should fix that.

Currently, it's a bit of a $h!t show should you need actual assistance.

NextDNS Thats kind of shitty, you pay for a service and can't even get support. 

I actually agree with their method on Support, 99% of people don't need it as it works just fine if it's a Network/Server issue or something people in the community can't help with NextDNS (the support account here) steps in.

It's logical as there aren't many people who need help with issues and they can focus on keeping the service at a level where people don't need support in the first place.

Having the context of tens if not a hundred thousand users and the activity on the forum, it's more likely than not 0.1% of people having issues and out of that there is still a tiny percent where community isn't enough.

They used to have Live chat where most of the time the founders would get back to you in a few hours, that was removed since it was a third party platform people didn't want involved (the chat platform.) So people weren't exactly happy when there was support either and currently in my opinion it works fine and not a huge deal as nearly everyone sets it up and doesn't have a single issue and the ones who do get help through the where people are more than happy to assist them.

Hey I completely agree with you, for technical support or troubleshooting.

However I do see the need for support with billing issues and complaints and some other non technical issues.

laurens crince Pretty sure they have a billing email, but yeah wouldn't be bad to have a general support email even if it's not critical.

NextDNS good evening. I can't understand why there are no countries like Singapore on the map, why Hong Kong is not indicated as a territory of China. that is, redirecting requests to Singapore or Hong Kong, it is impossible to see this on the map. What is this connected with
