Setup with Hyperoptic

Hi All,

I have been using NextDNS very successfully for the best part of 6 months and it's been nothing but superb.

I have just moved, and now am setup with Hyperoptic as the new ISP (who are fantastic, by the way). The speeds are tremendous, but the configuration does leave a bit to be desired.

I have the router pointing to the two IP addresses listed under my.nextdns.io, and have contacted the support to ask them to do whatever they need to on their end to finish this change (bit frustrating, but that's what I'm working with for the time being). However, when I login to the Setup tab of my configuration, NextDNS doesn't believe that the device I'm using when on my home network is not using NextDNS.

I'm wondering if this is just the way in which Hyperoptic handles DNS on their side, since I had to go through their customer support in order to get the DNS change sorted, or if it's a miss-configuration on my side.

Any pointers would be awesome.

Thanks
