Unstable connection

Hello,

So I have setup NoIP on my BT Business Smart Hub 2.

I have linked my NextDNS account is the NoIP hostname.

On my NextDNS dashboard, under the SETUP section, at the top, it says its connected and then reverts back to "This device is not using NextDNS" and it goes back and forth all the time.

Is this normal? I am paying for the NoIP hostname as it guarantees uptime.

Please help, its driving me mad.

    So somehow I managed to make it work:

    Within the BT Business Smart Hub 2 Manager dashboard, I did the following (Advanced Settings):

    1-I setup a Dynamic DNS with NoIP (you need to register on NoIP website first and then used details).

    2-In the IPv6 configuration page, I unchecked "Auto" for DNS Servers, and entered the ones from NextDNS.

    3-In the IPv4 configuration page, I unchecked "Auto" for DNS Servers, and entered the ones from NextDNS.

    4-Restart router.

    So far, everything works fine with not disconections.
