Issues with TP-Link Kasa Camera Live Feeds

I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue that I've discovered using NextDNS with TP-Link Kasa cameras. Simply put, when NextDNS is active on my phone (Android) live previews from the cameras cannot load. NextDNS is currently not active on my home router so it's only being blocked on my phone. I've looked through the logs, and have modified the allow-list to include the various servers that Kasa tries to talk to when trying to load up the camera feed, but nothing short of disabling NextDNS will let this function correctly. What are my next steps in trying to get this working?
