nextdns.conf config

Hi

I need help with device ID on Centos 7
When I activate the report-client-info yes option,I see random device names on the logs page. like device#BZGTH

Can I use DNS over TLS or DNS over HTTPS in nextdns.conf? I add a forwarder but I'm not getting any result

example:
forwarder localhost.=https://dns.nextdns.io/profileid/deviceid#45.90.28.0

what is your suggestion?

    It’s not possible to set a forwarder for a specific device in that way, the  option can only forward a specific domain to a specified upstream dns server.

    If you have access to the hosts file you can add human friendly device names there, but this requires a fixed local ip for each of the devices.
