Whitelist sandbox a specific URL

I want the ability to sandbox a specific URL to enable it to load, plus all other trackers/ads/etc., enabled spawning from the primary site loading.

Right now, I can whitelist a URL, which is great, but it doesn't clear the path for any trackers/bugs, etc, that the site loads. For certain sites, that causes them to not load correctly, resulting in broken functionality or content problems. I know this is the site's problem, and it's frustrating, but my only recourse is to spend a lot of time loading the site, analyzing the log, and whitelisting some tracking sites one at a time, then going back and unwinding that mess so I can be protected on other sites.

An example of this is hbr.org. I load it up to do some research, and their site breaks massively because one or more ad filters are blocking various trackers (as expected), but their site is designed so that if these trackers don't load, the site doesn't load properly. There isn't just 1 that needs to be whitelisted, there are many.

This is not possible at the DNS level because we can't determine if a domain was loaded from a specific page. Additionally, the same tracker domain is likely to be loaded from pages on different domains.
