Process to temporarily deactivate on a Mac

About once a month, I need to turn off NextDNS on my Mac (Sonoma) for a day.  I had to do it quickly the other day without having time to research it. I went into Settings / Profiles and simply deleted the profile.  But now I have to put it back on.

I'm wondering if there is a way to deactivate it temporarily.

Thanks.

    sudo nextdns deactivate

    When you’re finished reactivate with:

    sudo nextdns activate

Well that would work if they were using the CLI on their Mac, but in this case they appear to be using the profile route.

@paul.17 From my understanding, there is no quick way to disable/enable the profile on Mac (I don’t have any access to the newer systems to check for myself). All you can do is delete and reinstall.

Thanks. That's too bad that I have to delete the profile and redo it.

Maybe you could duplicate the profile before installing? Presumably the file you download gets deleted after installation.
