Immense latency to SA - SAST

Greetings, 

I have been experiencing immense latency on NextDNS in South Africa. This occurs on 5G networks and full-Fibre networks. 

There are times where my ping tests via nextdns ping tester are in excess of 150ms. Usually when everything works as it should, it hovers at 9ms to the SA nextdns infrastructure. 

This increased latency is excruciatingly slow and impacts everything, not just web browsing.

I am also unsure how your Cloudflare peering is, but Cloudflare is performing perfectly via the same connections. Maybe your DNS peers needs to start checking their setups.
