Request time out problem with NextDNS

Excuse me, almost every day I get a lot of (request timeout : server=NextDNS) errors & I am using latest version of YogaDNS 1.42 with ultra-low latency network enabled on Windows 10 64bit and this problem happens at a random times and I couldn't figure out what causes it or how to fix it permanently so can you please help regarding this problem ?

    I cancelled subscription as it’s The WORST COMPANY I’ve ever seen in my life with hundreds of bugs and zero customer support 😡
