NO more DOH3 and NextDNS possible on Google Chrome security settings

Unfortunately Google Chrome has changed the setting chrome://settings/security to a very limited choice of DNS providers, overlooking r/nextdns

    Issue seems to have been fixed with the latest Chrome update to Version 146.0.7680.72 (Official Build) (arm64)
